Written by Phillip Esteem & Staff

From professional athlete, to escaped convict our third annual ranking of the sexiest men on television has a little bit of something for just about all tastes. It does not matter if they are fully clothed or scantily clad pure sexual energy comes across each time they’re on the small screen.

This year we took a look at all males on the broadcast networks, cable and syndication (excluding re-runs) to compile a list of candidates then after watching each show we’ve come up our list of the sexiest, see if you agree with our picks.

ImageCody Bell
Show:
The Game
Character:  Jason Pitts
Network: The CW Mondays at 9:30 (8:30 Central)
Cody Bell has come into his own. When he first arrived on the scene on NBC's "Third Watch", I thought he was cute, maybe even handsome, but just a bit on the nerdy side. Wow, what a difference a new role can make, now as football player, Jason Pitts on CW's "The Game", we get to see him in tight tank tops, T-shirts, shorts, and sometimes even shirtless. I barely even watch the show, but when I do, it's just to see Cody Bell. Cute face, hot body and a beautiful caramel complexion make Cody Bell a man to watch for the future. I could see him someday as an action hero type.

Image Jesse L. Martin
Show: Law & Order
Character:  Detective Ed Green
Network: NBC Fridays at 10:00 (9:00 Central)
What can I say?  I have been in love with Jesse L. Martin since the first time he appeared on NBC's "Law and Order"? But I went over the edge once I saw him in "RENT". His sexy quotient went up several notches when I heard him sing. He broke my heart and healed my soul all at the same time in the funeral scene. On "Law and Order" as Detective Green when he interrogates a suspect and gets right up in their face, I often wonder if they feel that heat coming off him and just get the urge to just break character and scream "Yes I did it, I'll tell you anything, just kiss me already!" If Detective Green ever gets killed off of "Law and Order" his replacement will have some seriously sexy shoes to fill.

ImageSantiago Cabrera
Show: Heroes
Character: Isaac Mendez
Network: NBC Mondays at 9:00 (8:00 Central)
All I can say is I wasn't feeling Santiago Cabrera at first, with his character on NBC's "Heroes", Isaac Mendez, being all Heroin addicted and what not. But once they cleaned him up and showed us what was behind all the scraggle and sweat, oh yeah I was feeling him. Now I just can't wait to watch his eye go white as he paints the future. I hope Santiago will be around for a long time to come. He's a definite cutie.

Show: Extra
Network: Varies.  Although the show can be seen on NBC owned and operating stations in New York, LA and Chicago times vary in other markets check your local listings for times in your area.
Definitely a cutie on the Entertainment news set. I love his voice. When he was in Chicago I definitely thought he would be on to bigger and better things in his future. He was just too handsome to just be a regular news anchor. Someday as he gets older I could see him possibly in one of the big 3 anchor chairs. Sexy? Maybe...I don't know, but he is good eye candy.

ImageAdrian Pasteur
Show: Heroes
Character:  Nathan Petrilli
Network: NBC Fridays at 10:00 (9:00 Central)
Adrian Pasteur is definitely sexy. I can't always remember what I've seen him in before, but I always remember I have seen him. He brings a cool confident swagger to all his characters and that is a definite truth in his portrayal of Senator Nathan Petrelli on NBC's "Heroes". He has a great face to look at and what a body. What makes him sexy on the show is that he plays that moral fence so well; you just can't quite figure out if he's one of the good or one of the bad guys. But I can't end this without stating that right up there with him on "Heroes" is the sexy innocence of his brother Peter Petrelli as portrayed by my personal favorite, Milo Ventimiglia. Oh yeah and let's not forget the sexiest East Indian man I have ever seen, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Mohinder Suresh, beautifully brown with those dark curly locks. Okay maybe not off the charts sexy...but he sure is pretty.

ImageAdam Rodriquez
Show: CSI Miami
Character: Eric “Delko” Delektorsky
Network: CBS Monday at 10:00 (9:00 Central)
All I can say is when I do get a chance to watch CSI: Miami, Adam Rodriquez definitely makes it worth watching when they give him ample screen time. He has face and body with a beautifully husky voice. Oh yeah while we're on the subject of CSI’s hotties let's not forget Gary Dourdan on the Original CSI (Still hot after all these years, from Diff'rent World , the Janet Jackson "Again" video and the movie "Trios" to present, still hot as hell with those glowing jade green eyes, but I do miss his dreadlocks) or Hill Harper of CSI: NY, who doesn't get his due in the sexy department...maybe because he's still kind of boyish in looks, but I still say he's cute AND sexy to me. And don't sleep on Hill, or have you not checked out his body lately?

ImageShemar Moore
Show: Criminal Minds
Character: Derek Morgan
Network: CBS Wednesday at 9:00 (8:00 Central)
Cute and sexy still, but for me he's old news. I just wish he could break out of the pretty boy mold and take on some more action type roles...I've watched “Criminal Minds” on occasion and I know that it is a cerebral show...and maybe this is a good role for him, but unfortunately I have never seen an episode with him in it or maybe I just missed his scene. But I still find him attractive.

ImageDominic Purcell
Show: Prison Break
Character: Lincoln Burrows
Network: FOX Monday at 8:00 (7:00 Central)
Dominic Purcell, hell yeah he’s hot, ever since I first saw him in another, yet short-lived FOX series called "John Doe" I was feeling him. I then saw him as the sexy vampire Draco in "Blade III: Trinity" and fell in love with that bald sexy head he was sporting along with those strong chiseled features and those slightly, tightly pursed lips and what a body! Rent the "Blade III: Trinity" DVD and just look at how those leather pants hug that boy, damn! And on "Prison Break" still that bald head gets me and sometimes what I like most is the tough exterior of his face and body and yet he gets you with the soulful, vulnerable look in his eyes every time.

ImageRicardo Antonio Chavira
Show: Desperate Housewives
Character: Carlos Solis
Network: ABC Sunday at 9:00 (8:00 Central)
While watching the first season of Desperate Housewives, I would have beat Gabrielle down to get to Carlos Solis as played by Antonio Chavira. He was a sexy and suited down businessman, shady, but a businessman none the less. If he was a gump I could have understood Gabrielle cheating. Jesse Metcalfe as John was sexy as hell too...but he was just a cute little morsel of a lawn boy, but Carlos was a handsome hunk of a rich man who gave her the world. But now? Although I still find Antonio sexy, I am just not happy with where and how his character has ended up. He is too sexy and hot to be reduced to wearing plaid flannel shirts and T-shirts with jeans. I want him back in his expensive suits and his sports car so that I can once again dream of my own desperate schemes of how to get him to forget about Gabrielle. Also let's not forget James Denton as Mike Delfino and the new little hottie in the DHW Hood, Josh Henderson as Austin McCann

ImageWentworth Miller
Show: Prison Break
Character: Michael Scofield
Network: FOX Monday at 8:00 (7:00 Central)
Something about his eyes and that chiseled face and he has a hell of a body that you never really notice when he's fully clothed. But I think what makes Wentworth Miller most adorable and sexy is his vulnerability, at least as an actor...I really hope he is like that in real life. And he definitely looks hot with a shaved head as well. Oh yeah speaking of shaved heads, two other "Prison Break' hotties to be mentioned are Rockmund Dunbar as Benjamin Franklin and Amaury Nelasco as Fernando Sucre. Rockmund's baldheaded sexiness hails from his days as Kenny on Showtime's "Soul Food" series.

Honorable Mentions: Scott Foley & Dennis Haysbert of The Unit on CBS (Tues at 9pm/8pm Central); David Conrad on Ghost Whisperer on CBS (Fri at 8pm/7pm Central); Duane Martin of All of Us on The CW (Mon at 8:30/7:30 Central) and Dave Annable of Brothers & Sisters on ABC (Sunday at 10:00/9:00 Central).
